Unorganized. Dated. Needs to have a new building with better facilities. This kia I have had 5 car transactions with. I am unable to get through service without a Dated. Once my mandatory maintenance package is done I will not come back unless I am forced for a warranty issue. More

I bought a new (to me) 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan from Werner Kia with the expectation that it was in well working condition. It was not. After three months of taking the car into the Kia service center a Werner Kia with the expectation that it was in well working condition. It was not. After three months of taking the car into the Kia service center and being told nothing was wrong with it followed by a multitude of maybes, they finally found that the issue was a recall and agreed to fix the problem as it was something that should have been caught prior to purchase during the initial inspection. After almost two months of having my car in the shop, I was told they couldn't get ahold of anyone in the Dodge service center to find out what parts were needed for the fix. I called Dodge myself and found that they never heard from Kia. I went to the Kia service center in person and spoke with a manager, Billy, who got us on the right track and began making calls to ensure my rental was renewed properly and that we had all the necessary parts for the fix. He also made sure to update me along the way which was extremely helpful and made me feel much more cared for as a customer. I received a call from Kia saying that the recall was a head issue and my car would need to be serviced at a head shop and may take a few more weeks. Low and behold, I received a call a week later letting me know my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. I was not informed until I picked up my vehicle that they actually had to replace the entire engine. There were metal fragments found throughout the engine which was very concerning, and there was a valve pressure issue that related to the recall. Knowing I was sold a vehicle in this condition that could have caused a catastrophic event for myself and my family is extremely concerning. There was a huge lack of communication from Kia throughout the entire process. While I am glad to have my vehicle back in working condition, this issue should have been handled prior to purchase and created unsafe conditions for my family which I am unable to look past. I hope in the future, Kia will take the customers safety and needs into consideration before their bottom line. More

Michael Wyre provided fantastic service when I brought my 2022 Kia Forte GT in for it's first oil change. He greeted me at my vehicle immediately and with a smile. He also made sure to keep me informed about 2022 Kia Forte GT in for it's first oil change. He greeted me at my vehicle immediately and with a smile. He also made sure to keep me informed about the status of my service as well as informed me about the use of fuel additives to keep my system clean and running smooth. At the end my service, I got my car back looking like it never left the lot from when I bought it! Spotless and vacuumed interiors. I will absolutely be coming back for future services. More
