I've never had a dealership tell me they wouldnt let me use my own bank for a loan. The explanation was the worse excuse ever. Be upfront and honest with your customers. Don't lie. I know why and if he would've just said it I wouldn't have left in tears. My husband almost died in a car accident and I didn't have time for that. The guy was rude about it and didnt seem to care about doing business with me at all. Now I have to turn around and refinance to the loan I already have. I visited 5 dealership, some south. Not one had a problem with my loan. Horri le experience. I only came back to get the car because of Mark and the good pricing. Mark walked us through everything with the car. He was very helpful and an amazing saleman. Straight forward and polite. The second finance guy I worked with to complete the paperwork was very polite and explained everything in detail. More
