Talk about professional service! My husband and I just purchased our second Kia Stinger from Moe Saab at Suntrup Kia South. This salesman was on it! He was absolutely on top of every step of our sale incl purchased our second Kia Stinger from Moe Saab at Suntrup Kia South. This salesman was on it! He was absolutely on top of every step of our sale including excellent communication, hard work, personable service from the beginning to the end of our experience. He stayed after hours to make sure he showed me all the features on the car, setting up all of the safety features, connecting my phone to the vehicle, getting me set up on the app to use for the vehicle, and making us feel like it was his pleasure to be there with us, when he could have left to be home with his family! He was dressed professionally and radiated his professionalism throughout. He knew every in and out of the vehicle itself, and had everything done for us in lightening speed so we weren’t there for hours! Moe Saab left no stone unturned! Dave Chadwick is the rudest person I have ever met. He treated my on the phone like I was trying to rip HIM off. Short story: my salesman and I agreed I could take the vehicle home to show the wife. Misunderstanding on our part was I thought overnight and he thought end of day. Got a call during dinner that evening and ultimately Dave the got on the phone and told me he was going to call the police and report that I had stolen his vehicle, AFTER I told him I am buying the car and can give him a credit card or whatever to hold the car until I brought it back the minute they open in the morning. xxx? This all happened within an hour of closing so xxx? If the car I wanted wasn’t so rare, I would have walked. They will never see me again. I would never send a friend of mine to this dealership. Do yourself a favor and ask for Moe to get a great deal on car.
