Armando did great! However, I know from experience, the service department is a hot mess. The schedule is overbooked and the wait times to receive even routine maintena However, I know from experience, the service department is a hot mess. The schedule is overbooked and the wait times to receive even routine maintenance are typically outrageous. I’ve waited upwards of 2 hours for an oil change. You can also count on waiting up to a couple of weeks out to schedule service of any kind. I’m hoping to continue to take my new car there for service, but they will have to earn back my business. More

I previously had 2 bad experiences with 2 othe Kia dealerships and was giving this one a try or it was strike 3. I met Robyn and she was great.
