Easy, friendly, painless. It was an absolute pleasure. Liz is very personable and talk to you, not at you. Her knowledge of the vehicle I was looking to but is extensive. During the test drive, she explained vehicle features and capabilities when they were or under what circumstances they would have been applicable. My experience was only enhanced by the entire sales and finance team. No high pressure, just great information, a great deal of knowledge and a very genuine intrest and effort to make my purchase an atypical experience. More
