Kia Experience Bj was our sales person. Since We lived 4 hrs away we communicated by text and phone. When we had a miscommunication when Bj went out of town, Greg st Bj was our sales person. Since We lived 4 hrs away we communicated by text and phone. When we had a miscommunication when Bj went out of town, Greg stepped in and helped me with my questions on his behalf. Brandon was also great to talk with about extended warranties and gap. I had put my deposit down and they actually held the vehicle for one week till we could get up there. We got everything done pretty quickly and had a small issue with a scratch on the vehicle but they were quick to get it fixed. Bj showed me lots of features of the vehicle while we got the scratch fixed. We appreciate that so much! Thank you for being straightforward and getting this deal done! More

I recommend Rusty Wallace Kia, Alcoa TN Needed a new car to replace my older one. I drive long distances and after 40 years driving a stick shift, I felt it was time for an automatic. I made an appointment with BJ McNeely and looked at a couple of 2020 Souls before deciding on the LX trim package. I test drove it and sat down with BJ and it was smooth sailing from there. Always the best service so thanks Corey. You wanna be taken care of and pampered come to my dealership and they will sure do it. The only thing i would suggest is when you offer snacks to customers maybe some healthier options besides chips or junk for us early birds. Again just a suggestion as i was treated great. More
