We were told yes, so we drove an hour to the dealership. After signing paperwork and putting down a deposit, we discovered the vehicle was actually a total loss vehicle. When we expressed that we were uncomfortable moving forward, especially since we had directly asked about the title beforehand, the staff became defensive and argumentative instead of taking accountability. They continued insisting it was a “clear title” despite the obvious issue. We requested the transaction be voided immediately. Instead, they claimed they could only issue a refund. Two weeks later, we still had not received our money back and ultimately had to dispute the charge through our bank. Do yourself a favor and read the one-star reviews carefully. The higher-rated reviews seem very questionable when customers are encouraged to leave reviews before even driving off the lot. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I just recently purchased a 2012 Camaro from this dealership. I found the car online at web site, I live 500 miles from dealer, I bought the car online site unseen and on the word of the salesman Den dealership. The salesman told me the vehicle was in excellent condition, nothing wrong with it. When I received the car I drove it for a couple of days and noticed that the car would not drive straight, it would drift from lane to lane, I have to keep correcting, I took it to a shop for a inspection on front end suspension, the shop found the tie rods ends and wheel bearing were bad, I had to have them replaced, then I took car to have front end alignment, the shop informed me that the frame was bent and damaged, they couldn't set caster or camber, I called the salesman and informed him of the problems, he told me to send him pictures and invoices, which I did, and the dealership never returned my calls and just ignore me, they said car had a 15 day warranty and 500 miles, they said the car would be here in an week , I didn't get it for 3 weeks and the warranty was already expired. Now I'm stuck with a unsafe vehicle and have to pay to have the sub frame replaced to make it right. The salesman is a liar and I wouldn't recommend buying a wheel barrel from these people. Buyer beware More

They screwed up the title process and put a lien on a vehicle through a bank out of Texas when I paid cash for the vehicle. They ultimately resolved the issue but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. More

The car had a cracked transmission covered up with putty and was leaking. I received exceptional service from both Steve-Salesman and Bob-financial. Steve worked with me on 2 different days showing me at least 20 vehicles...Im picky. He was patient with each..."no not this one" and Bob-financial. Steve worked with me on 2 different days showing me at least 20 vehicles...Im picky. He was patient with each..."no not this one" and was ready to show me another. Steve is very polite and personable. No complaints. Bob was fantastic with finding the best deal with the limits I had. I also received a Veterans discount. So pleased that Im sending a family member there today to hopefully buy a car. More
