Had quite a few issues with my 21 Jeep Grand Cherokee. L took it in for service. Spoke with the service rider and the mechanic explained what was going on. I understand we had to work through Chrysler to get some warranty coverage. I was surprised you told us to completely handle that part on our own, but that is fine and we did.
