Recently, I was involved in an accident that resulted in my new car being totaled. I have been through both the used and new car buying process a couple of times and have had unpleasant experiences. Not ant my new car being totaled. I have been through both the used and new car buying process a couple of times and have had unpleasant experiences. Not anticipating having to buy another car so soon, I was not looking forward to the process. I had been to Peacock Ford for service before, so I decided to pop over and see what they had in stock, knowing I wanted to stay in the Mustang family. I ended up working with Kevin in sales and Bryan in finance. Both of them made this process quick, easy, and enjoyable. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about everything Mustang, including all the trim levels and specs. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to speak with and never made me feel pressured to make a decision (I was between two vehicles for a good portion of the visit). Bryan was very efficient in the finance department and had everything ready to go when it was time to sign the papers. Bryan was also very pleasant and did not elicit that dreaded pressure you sometimes feel at most other dealerships when you make it to the financing stage (that made all the difference for me). I’d also like to note I have worked with Martin in service before this visit and he always does a great job, as well! Thank you and would recommend! More

Peacock Ford and my sales associate Kevin Vickers were excellent. The dealership is new and clean and welcoming. My sales associate, Kevin Vickers listened to what I was looking for and found it. No press excellent. The dealership is new and clean and welcoming. My sales associate, Kevin Vickers listened to what I was looking for and found it. No pressure to buy; however, the vehicle was perfect and I had to buy it. More

Dealership was fine up until the day of signing paperwork and delivery of the vehicle. The paperwork had several mistakes in it but it was corrected once it was brought to salesman's attention. We bought car and delivery of the vehicle. The paperwork had several mistakes in it but it was corrected once it was brought to salesman's attention. We bought car on Saturday and while we were finishing the paperwork car was sent to detail. Sunday I decided to look in the glove box for the owners manual for the first time and when I opened the glove box I found food trash in there. I took pictures of this and sent it to my salesman also I sent an email to the dealership from the contact is on the website. My concern on this is if this was missed by who knows how many people how can I be sure that other things were missed or overlooked on this vehicle. This was a large purchase for us and to find something like this is a bit disappointing and worrisome. I have talked with the dealership and after a conversation we were able to come to a resolution on this matter and I am satisfied with the outcome. I also would like to say this was handled professionally and very quickly. More

Very helpful sales people, work hard to make the deal. Brian Cruz took time to answer all questions and explain the paperwork. Sales Manager Jason went above & beyond as well. The process was relatively easy, ordered the Maverick and the salesman was super easy to deal with, was treated very kindly going into the transaction. The piece that always sticks out is financing. It's und the salesman was super easy to deal with, was treated very kindly going into the transaction. The piece that always sticks out is financing. It's understandable that the different contracts are money makers, but using that as a interest rate driver is not only questionable I think it might be illegal. Magically my rate went from 7.99 to 6.44. And then to act like he did me a favor to get there, rates are set by the bank not a finance person at a Ford dealer. But he told me that to get that rate I had to purchase service plans. I'm going to cancel them, but this is the whole reasoning behind the dealer model failing. Told him I wanted GAP only and instead of just processing it had to make it this whole deal. If you don't want a factory to consumer endgame. When someone says GAP only, you sell that. Otherwise all else fine, would probably coach your people a little differently. Probably not enough of an issue for me not to comeback but it definitely should be better. More

I used Car Gurus to locate this car. Kevin contacted me back and after his mention of the lifetime power train warranty, I decided I definitely wanted to look at this car.
