My first visits to Walser Mazda have been very disappointing. My first visit there was to fix my gas flap, not closing properly. The part needed was on back order. I can understand that. The part disappointing. My first visit there was to fix my gas flap, not closing properly. The part needed was on back order. I can understand that. The part was ordered. Got a call a week later said the part was in went out there to have the work done. I was told on the second visit that the part that was on backorder and ordered in was not the problem part. The new proper part was not in stock and would not be available for that day. The results so far two trips and the problem not fixed. Disappointed in that the technicians could not identify the proper fix immediately and so it requires a third trip to fix the problem. My confidence in the service department is not great. More
