Brought CX-5 in for an oil change, service tech noticed a small oil leak & they fixed at no cost (at their suggestion) under an extended warranty. The ‘fix’ had a super small leak that you could only smell small oil leak & they fixed at no cost (at their suggestion) under an extended warranty. The ‘fix’ had a super small leak that you could only smell burning very rarely. I brought back after a month & they fixed with no questions asked. I am super happy with the Walser service group and so happy that they gladly perform the warranty work. The videos provided by the service techs are also extremely informative. I historically have not used a dealer for service, but I have had nothing but good experiences with Walser in the 7 years I’ve owned my CX-5. More
