I started working with Brandon Tomes Subaru in August 2022 and have enjoyed getting to know all of my customers. Outside of work I love to enjoy BBQ with friends and family. I have 3 dogs and love taking them to the dog park as much as I can. I have owned 2 WRXs and have enjoyed getting to know the Subaru community.

Saw that the vehicle I wanted purchase had an open recall. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they fixed. A week after purchase I found out they didn’t fix if. It was with the transmi recall. Was told by the salesman and the sales manager that they fixed. A week after purchase I found out they didn’t fix if. It was with the transmission too. Straight up lied to me. Said they fixed some other recalls but not that one. I asked for the service records to prove they fixed something. Been over a week. Still haven’t seen those records. Bought this truck sight unseen. (Bad Move) was told it was in immaculate condition. Well the bumper looks like it has been hit by gravel and they used touch up paint on it. I didn’t notice on delivery, just would have been nice to be told those things. This is a typical old school dealership. They will say anything to sell the vehicle. Shop elsewhere. More
