Great Service We found the truck online that we had been wanting for awhile. Knowing they close at 7:00 and my husband does not get home until 6:00 we called ahead We found the truck online that we had been wanting for awhile. Knowing they close at 7:00 and my husband does not get home until 6:00 we called ahead and asked if they would mind staying a little late to accommodate us. Baley was more than happy to help! He had the truck pulled around and ready for us when we got there to take it for a test drive. Baley worked with us and kept in contact the following day to help us with the closing process. Wow-Great Jeep Buying Experience! We went prepared for the type of experiences we have had in the past. Back and for the over price, trade in, Sales Person back and forth to Sales Man We went prepared for the type of experiences we have had in the past. Back and for the over price, trade in, Sales Person back and forth to Sales Manager, etc. Not at Melton! Prompt, up front showing us the new vehicle and trade in pricing with market values (we don’t expect them not to make anything and they were very up front). Once we agreed it was quick and easy to complete the deal. No hour or more of waiting and a pile of paperwork. We had found the Jeep online and Bailey was great at answering our (multiple) questions promptly and sending more pictures, etc. His service prompted us to drive +100 miles to look in person and how we were treated makes us glad we did!! We definitely recommend Bailey and Melton!!! More

They don’t bug you!!! It was so nice to be able to just go look around and not have some one come out and try to sell you the most expensive thing on the lot. I got to look around and not have anyone big me and then I went in and asked to test drive a few of them and they were so helpful in getting the cars out so I could drive them. No having to sit in a little office waiting for them to pick out the car they think you should try. More
