From my service person of 15 years Barb, to my salesman Larry, and Eddie in finance, the experience was comfortable and easy from start to finish. I left with a 2019 Beetle, gap coverage, and 3 oil changes for the price I agreed to, thanks to Eddie and the team at Larry Miller VW in Avondale. The only reason I didn't give the other .25 star is the car wasn't detailed out as cleanly as usual...it still has sticky residue from the packaging on the interior. The people are awesome and will do their best to meet your needs...go see them! More
