Excellent customer service and attention to detail! I can't say enough about the experience I had in purchasing my BMW. I specifically want to call out Barry Frucht and Juan Haire. Barry was my sales person and was not only very knowledgeable about my vehicle in particular, but his attention to detail, working with me on my trade in, and overall professionalism put him in a class above any other car sales person I have worked with in the past! If/when I purchase my next BMW, I will certainly look for Barry to walk me through that process again. Additionally, Juan Haire, the General Sales Manager, made sure he introduced himself, asked if there were any questions or concerns that I might have regarding the vehicle or my experience with Leith. Barry was extremely knowledgeable not just about the car we bought but all BMW models. I had met Barry before but this time I brought my wife as the car was going to be hers principally to drive.
