Barry's communication and overall attentiveness blew the service from the other dealers I was speaking with out of the water. He made the entire process a breeze and did a great job making me feel valued throughout the transaction. I did feel that the time spent with Finance at the end of the transaction was a bit of a drag but my experience from the sales point of view was excellent and I will highly recommend Barry to any one who is interested in buying/leasing a BMW in the triangle area.
