This is my first time buying an American made car and a Buick plus dealing with Win Kelly. I have been a Honda owner since 1991. Barry Geis made it so simple to purchase my 2016 Buick Verano. I asked him to be patient with me as I was looking at other options besides Honda and didn't know much about my car options at Win Kelly. He was very patient and was great at answering all my questions.
Barry Geis is very friendly, patient, outgoing, very knowledgeable, courteous, and an overall AWESOME car sales representative to deal with. I informed him that because my experience with him and Win Kelly was exceptional, that I would be a returning future customer.

"Worst buying experience ever"
Win Kelly Chevorlet sold me a LEMON!!! One week after purchasing the keyless entry stopped working. The next week the door lock. When I took it there for repair they accused me of having a machette in the trunk of the car, when they sold it to me with it in the car. Why the mechanic was in the trunk looking through a hidden bag is another question. The following week all the spark plugs were bad and when i went to talk to a manager she YELLED at me and took no responsibility for all the issues with the car and would not give me any sort of discount even though clearly the car was not inspected before it was sold. Then the door that they were supposed to repair, they didnt fix correct so while i was driving my door flung open and would not shut and i had to hold it shut. I finally went up there with my father and they apologized to him even though he didn not even purchase the vehicle and they never once apologized to me. I stopped going to them for repair but every week after was another service issue. I should have got a lawyer and sued them for selling me a lemon!!!
