My parents bought Toyota vehicles from Barry Greenfield at Metro for more than 30 years. When the time came this summer for my husband and I to buy a new SUV, we went to see Barry first. We worked with Chris to choose the right Highlander model for us. He did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop about what was available on the lot and, eventually, when we could expect our chosen vehicle to arrive. The entire team at Metro was responsive, honest, and never pushy. It is such a refreshing experience to be treated like family at a car dealership. Right now is a challenging time to buy a vehicle, new or used, because of delays and issues outside the dealership’s control. Barry, Chris and team set realistic expectations for us and made a typically stressful process easy to navigate. As a kid, I’d go with my parents whenever they would take our cars to Metro for routine service. I look forward to stopping back in for our first oil change and plan on being a Metro customer for life. More

The sales experience was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with that service. I was very surprised to be dismissed when I brought in my brand new 2021 Highlander due to an abnormal whistling noise co happier with that service. I was very surprised to be dismissed when I brought in my brand new 2021 Highlander due to an abnormal whistling noise coming from the driver side exterior when speed exceeds 35 miles per hour. I was told several people drove the vehicle and did not hear the noise. I picked the car up and heard the noise again immediately and every time I drive the car thereafter. It’s very frustrating to purchase a new Toyota vehicle with such a great reputation and have to be aggravated every time I drive it and be led to believe it does not exist. Research online indicates this is a known issue with the 2021 Highlander which only adds to my frustration. More
