My salesman, Robert, was friendly, down to earth and very laid back. He and I along with the Sales Manager struck a deal within minutes! Barry, the GM of the dealership came out of his office and introduced himself and gave me his card and told me not to hesitate calling if I need anything. The following day, when I picked up my new vehicle, it was clean, detailed and Robert took the time to show me every feature! I highly recommend Metro Toyota! They provide outstanding service and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

First, I got a fair trade-in price for my old 4Runner and Barry even worked with me to get my steering fixed on the old car while we were waiting for the new one to arrive. Second, I was updated regularly on the status of the ordered vehicle without prompting. Third, I received no hassle pricing on the cost of the new 4Runner which is a black 2018 TRD PRO. This vehicle is just incredible! Lastly, Barry called me the minute that the vehicle was rolled off of the truck. Tony did everything he needed to do to make this process actually enjoyable, no issues, no hassles. Ken handled the financials like a true pro, knowledgeable and courteous.
