Barry kept me updated on the status of my car and when it was ready for pickup, went above and beyond to deliver the car to me before I needed to leave on a business trip. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour and had a better experience than I've had at any other dealership. While I was there, I learned about my car's many cool features, went over some important information with Barry, and had an enjoyable (zero pressure) experience with the finance department. Highly recommend Barry and the rest of the team at Stamford Ford Lincoln to anyone reading these reviews. I am still surprised by how quick, easy, and enjoyable the entire process was from ordering the car to driving off the dealership lot. Will definitely be back for service and future new car needs. I have been using Barry at Stamford motors for probably 16 years and before that the same dealer for 10 more years. I have probably leased eight or nine cars from them. With the change in the business model on their own they called me four months before my lease expired to make sure I ordered a new car that arrived almost to the day my lease expired. Had they not been following up with me there would not have been a vehicle available. More
