I had shown interest online for a Ford Edge and Barry was ready to help. Constant communication with helpful tips and working with my wife and I to find the right car was his highest priority. Barry got me out of my current financed car with equity and in three days we walked out with a brand new Edge. He also took about 30 minutes to explain every piece of technology in the car to me so I was very comfortable before I drove off. Tony was very helpful with the contract and financials of the deal. We went into his back office and he explained every detail I would have had a question on before I could even ask. Tom came and introduced himself, handed me his card and said if there was anything he could do and Barry wasn't available to call him directly. I don't think I'll need to find another dealership anytime soon. More

Gus and Barry went out of their way to accommodate our requests.When Gus discovered there was a tear on the dashboard he immediately had the entire board replaced .When we changed our mind about purchasi requests.When Gus discovered there was a tear on the dashboard he immediately had the entire board replaced .When we changed our mind about purchasing that particular car Gus allowed us to switch cars without a hitch.Their whole presentation was an atmosphere that was pressure free,friendly,informational and professional.I would highly recommend Stamford Motors as well as Gus and Barry to any of my friends shopping for a car. I came with my friend last year to look at leasing an Explorer. Tony was her salesman, he did a great job & gave her a great deal. After her deal was done I told him I will be back to see him when my Ed Explorer. Tony was her salesman, he did a great job & gave her a great deal. After her deal was done I told him I will be back to see him when my Edge lease was up. So one year passed & we called Tony, who is now the finance mgr, & he put me in touch with Barry. When I came in the showroom Barry was great. So easy to talk to, he listened to exactly what I wanted & I got an awesome deal on a Lincoln MKX. I couldn't have been happier. Barry & Tony really went above & beyond to get me my deal. Tony made signing all the paperwork painless. Barry took me through each part of the car & made sure I understood everything. I really am so pleased with my experience, I will definitely be back in two years to see my new friends for a new car. More

I had a great experience with Barry. I went in pretty hot to buy the new fiesta ST, but got sidetracked for a month or so due to some health issues. Barry continued to keep in touch even though I never answe to buy the new fiesta ST, but got sidetracked for a month or so due to some health issues. Barry continued to keep in touch even though I never answered his calls or emails, and stayed polite and friendly throughout. When I finally was able to come in to the dealer, they did not have the exact car I wanted and he went out of his way to acquire one in another state in an expedient manner. On a side note, my ford truck was in for service at the same time I was in the car buying process. I never really use Ford service because my truck is over the warranty and I know many mechanics. They were also friendly and knowledgable and I will be using them again....As a whole, my experience at Stamford Ford/Lincoln was a pleasant one and I'm glad they are here in my home town. More

This was my second experience with Stamford Ford Lincoln. A few years ago, I was in the market for a new car as my then current car was pretty much falling apart. I did plenty of research on what car I wante A few years ago, I was in the market for a new car as my then current car was pretty much falling apart. I did plenty of research on what car I wanted and ended up at Stamford Ford Lincoln, the same dealership my family used in the 80s. After my lease ran out, I knew that I wanted to upgrade my car to a larger vehicle. I again did plenty of research and decided on the Fusion (the Focus I previously leased was great, but a little too small for what I was looking for). Rather than dicker around, I spoke with Barry Pasqualini about what I was looking for. Not only did he actually listen to what I was looking for (rather than going in for the hard sell), he also realized that I had already done my research so did not belabor any points. Not only was the test drive great, it turns out the model, style and color (!) was on the lot. I was able to quickly turn around and pick up the car a week later. There was no hassle, and the service was (and is) superb. Kudos to the staff of Stamford Ford Lincoln! They will always be my first stop when looking for a car! More

I have never bought a pre-owned car before so I was a little hesitant going into the dealership. I spoke with Barry Pasqualini over the phone and made an appointment for a test drive. I had serious problems with my 2012 Ford Focus that could not be resolved by service. I was honestly despairing, until Barry and Dominic stepped in and really went outside the box to come up with a creative not be resolved by service. I was honestly despairing, until Barry and Dominic stepped in and really went outside the box to come up with a creative trade-in solution to my problem that would leave everyone satisfied, though I believe they were truly, truly concerned with me leaving the dealership today with a car I not only found satisfactory, but love. And that is exactly what they did. I've never seen someone in the position that Dominic is in step up the way he did. He absolutely stands behind his cars and cares about his customers. And you cannot find a more caring, dedicated, and determined salesperson than Barry. I cannot recommend him enough - if you are looking for a Ford, he is THE person to go to. Trust me. Tony made the paperwork easy, and almost fun. As fun as that sort of thing can go, anyway. I feel like I started a lifelong relationship today, when a week ago, I was out of my mind over the problems with my car. These are great people who want to create those relationships and did a well above expected job of it today. More
