She worked with us for about 3 months before we settled on the right XC90 and XC40. During that time, she was patient, very consultative, and intuitive. When we finally decided to make the purchases, she answered all of our questions, never pushed and worked hard with us as we negotiated our deal. We highly recommend her as a resource for you during your purchasing process. She makes it relaxing, fun’s and as enjoyable as negotiating can be! Barry was great in a supporting role. He knows Volvos inside and out, and brings a great sense of humor to car buying that helps the process a lot. We’ve been working with him for a little over 3 years now and believe that he is a great resource for Crest! More

Good sales experience, not as good service experience We purchased a used volvo from Barry Pinlac in March 2019. The sales experience was pretty good. Barry was easy to work with, knowledgeable and true t We purchased a used volvo from Barry Pinlac in March 2019. The sales experience was pretty good. Barry was easy to work with, knowledgeable and true to his word. I would work with Barry again. The sales office is not pretty and could use major updating. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the vehicle within a few days of purchase that required us to return the car to the service department. After spending a few hours with the car, they believed to have fixed the issue and sent me home. The issue returned within 24 hours. For the second service call, Crest, thankfully, sent a porter to our house with a Loaner vehicle so we did not have to make the return trip. They eventually resolved the issue but we were not very confident given our previous experience. In summary, we had a good experience with Crest Volvo. It would have been great if the office was updated and we were not sold a car with a service issue. More

I spoke to Barry earlier in the day and he had the car ready and warm for me when You expect car buying to be tedious but I wasn’t bad at crest volvo. I spoke to Barry earlier in the day and he had the car ready and warm for me when I arrived. He also stayed late until I was done. When I had a concern with my car, he immediately addressed it. The only thing I don’t like is how long it took to finalize the deal. I came pre-qualifies for a loan and financing took longer than normal. Furthermore the interest rate financing proposed was higher than what my lender stated and what I’m actually paying. Barry was great though! More

We cam to Crest Volvo and started working with Barry to get a new vehicle. We told Barry our budget and he worked diligently to get us the best deal that would fit within our budget. After a couple of hours, we had purchased a 2016 XC90 and we love the car! More
