Used S90 purchase I found the car on a web site called "CarGurus". The ad showed one mileage and the car showed 500 more miles. The dealership explained it as test drives since the ad was published. We bought it in last week of March, ad was out in 1st week of march. Our test drive took 5 miles. A lot of test drives. I did not appreciate the mileage discrepancy. But my wife closed the deal with out me. Salesman was very knowledgeable and boasted about his service record numerous times to us. The car was in good shape. Very clean and overall a good product. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer ship to a friend. More

The car we were looking for was just sold the night be We went to this dealership twice. The experience at the first time was somehow not as expected. The car we were looking for was just sold the night before we came in. The next day GM Duncan sent follow-up email to us and explained everything. He told us that car was available because the previous buyer decided not to buy it. Finally we took the offer he made and bought the car. The experience of our second visit was great. Barry did great work and Duncan been very friendly. Jeremy also provided us excellent service. With their effort everything went smoothly. Despite the not so good first experience, we still would like to recommend this dealership for their great work and efforts for their customers. More

On two separate occasions , spanning two years , I went in because salespeople called me and offered a trade. In both cases the salesmen promised to follow up with specific information in writing, but they did not. I contacted a sales manager with this story who also promised a follow up that never happened. My intent was to never consider this dealership again. Circumstances led me to meet Barry Pinlac. What a refreshing change. Barry was knowledgeable, considerate, helpful, not pushy. In all of our car buying history, he was by far the best salesperson. Thank you, Barry! More
