The car we were looking for was just sold the night be We went to this dealership twice. The experience at the first time was somehow not as expected. The car we were looking for was just sold the night before we came in. The next day GM Duncan sent follow-up email to us and explained everything. He told us that car was available because the previous buyer decided not to buy it. Finally we took the offer he made and bought the car. The experience of our second visit was great. Barry did great work and Duncan been very friendly. Jeremy also provided us excellent service. With their effort everything went smoothly. Despite the not so good first experience, we still would like to recommend this dealership for their great work and efforts for their customers. More

Barry changed my opinion of this dealership Having purchased a 2012 XC60 from what was then Volvo of Dallas, I returned to them as I considered purchasing a new car. On two separate occasions Having purchased a 2012 XC60 from what was then Volvo of Dallas, I returned to them as I considered purchasing a new car. On two separate occasions , spanning two years , I went in because salespeople called me and offered a trade. In both cases the salesmen promised to follow up with specific information in writing, but they did not. I contacted a sales manager with this story who also promised a follow up that never happened. My intent was to never consider this dealership again. Circumstances led me to meet Barry Pinlac. What a refreshing change. Barry was knowledgeable, considerate, helpful, not pushy. In all of our car buying history, he was by far the best salesperson. Thank you, Barry! More

Barry I have purchased two Volvo's from Crest (a 2010 XC60 and 2018 XC60). I have had the same salesman and service specialist throughout the years. Barry Pinlac is a perfect salesman! He is not pushy, has kept in touch with me yearly and when I decided to trade in my 2010 for a 2018 he knew exactly what I wanted in a new car and didn't try to upsell me on anything. As for service Lynn Ford is excellent! He always listens to my issues and needs and makes sure I am satisfied with the service before I leave the dealership. Lynn can't possibly provide any better service than he does now. He serviced my 2010 Volvo and is continuing with my 2018. More
