Selling cars is Fun and buying a car should be FUN as well. I am very excited there is FINALLY a non-commission sales job in the Whatcom county auto industry. While every other commission salesman in the country's income is directly connected to how much profit they are making on a car deal, here at Bellingham Nissan All I have to worry about is making a friend and serving my customer. I recently purchased a vehicle on August 10 and I talked to the car salesman and the sales manager, and I mentioned that I didn’t want the three added services that day ended up putting on the price of the to the car salesman and the sales manager, and I mentioned that I didn’t want the three added services that day ended up putting on the price of the vehicle. I mentioned I didn’t want it about four or five times and they still put it on there. This added $2000 to the price that I did not want. I talked to the dealer and they said that the deal was already final and funded. Trusting that they took it the added services off I went ahead and signed. I contacted customer service and the third parties that’s offering the services and they said that the dealer is able to cancel them still because they haven’t received anything yet. Filed a complaint to get these services taken off. More

Will lie and sell you a lemon, I respectfully suggest to buy a vehicle somewhere else purchased a 2015 gmc sierra was a lemon then they traded it in for a 2013 dodge ram 1500 lost power manifolds had broken buy a vehicle somewhere else purchased a 2015 gmc sierra was a lemon then they traded it in for a 2013 dodge ram 1500 lost power manifolds had broken studs and also the speedometer needs to be calibrated along with the dodge tech letting me know the car had no brake fluid and only had car for 3 hours nothing but issues. A sales manager who hides behind a glass partition or behind a desk, who makes commitments through his subordinates, who listens to conversations through an irregularly placed telephone exposing his subo behind a desk, who makes commitments through his subordinates, who listens to conversations through an irregularly placed telephone exposing his subordinates to ridicule, a salesperson with no personality who is simply a puppet in the hands of his supposed "manager", a technical assistant who despite personally witnessing all commitments made, does not have the slightest personality to take responsibility for them. Tried several times to cancel dealership add-ons. Handed over a cashiers check that should have taken care of the balanced owed on the car less the dealership add-on. Told was too late the finance contract was paid out. 4weeks later received paperwork- regarding the add-ons and I doubt that the car will be eligible for any payout. Cashier check cleared bank Nov 27, 2024. Have yet to receive the refund owed.DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. They don't care about you. They don't care that they don't care. First warning sign they didn't have OEM charging cable. An EV sold without a cable! More
