Professional, Easygoing, Knowledgeable. Buying a vehicle shouldn't be stressful. Let me help. I've been in auto sales since 2009. I work hard to get clients deals they can be excited about on the vehicles they want. Love living the Pacific North West life, love Bellingham Nissan!

Much unnecessary waiting around, and after purchase experience was NOT great. Poor communication, inadequate detail job (they literally only needed to wipe surfaces down for it to be perfect), items we experience was NOT great. Michael was very helpful throughout the whole process. Never felt too pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. Highly recommend! Never felt too pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. Highly recommend! More

Salesguys were nice enough but the entire experience has been a headache. I'm an out-of-state buyer. They had the vehicle listed for a fair price so I really didn't haggle much on the price. We agreed on a been a headache. I'm an out-of-state buyer. They had the vehicle listed for a fair price so I really didn't haggle much on the price. We agreed on a price and I traveled to Bellingham to complete the purchase. When I got there, additional fees were sprung on me for being from out-of-state and then they initially refused to fill the gas tank on the car being purchased. I was told, "We sell cars, not gas". Yes, I realize that fact but it's a courtesy for your customers. Next I was told they weren't going to handle the license and registration despite charging me $600 to do so. Whatever. I went back to my home state DMV and was told that I could not do it myself and that my lienholder would need to submit it. Fine... except that they took the money to do the work and my bank wasn't going to fund the loan until they agreed to handle the titling or refunded the money they charged. They agreed to file the paperwork but communication after the fact has been rough. I've had to hunt them down to get any answers and it has been difficult to actually get ahold of them when I call. When the woman who handles the titling finally called me back yesterday, I was told that even if my paperwork doesn't process before my trip permits end, it's okay because I won't get pulled over for having an expired trip permit. Will she be paying my ticket for the delay if I do? Overall, the deal on the vehicle was pretty good. They did eventually agree to fill the gas tank for my trip home. I suppose I will eventually get my registration and plates. It's just been a frustrating experience and I will likely never use them for another purchase. Having gone through many other dealerships that have a bit more focus on customer satisfaction, it blows my mind that these jokers think so little of the people funding their commissions. More

Mike did a good job convincing me the EV was not lacking anything except noise. Been happy so far. Interestingly one of my insured customers but the truck I traded in- because they called me to add to their anything except noise. Been happy so far. Very competitive price made the drive to Bellingham worthwhile, and while a paperwork error necessitated a return trip, the car is a dream to drive. Once we receive and review our paperwork from NMAC I worthwhile, and while a paperwork error necessitated a return trip, the car is a dream to drive.
