Thank You Baraboo Motors! When I walked into Baraboo Motors I was under a great a deal of stress having to deal with insurance agents, adjusters, and many other dealerships tha When I walked into Baraboo Motors I was under a great a deal of stress having to deal with insurance agents, adjusters, and many other dealerships that day as my car had been declared totaled. In a pinch, I needed a vehicle and I was exhausted. I was greeted immediately by Bart Kocieck (sales). He had asked me what it was I was looking for and what he could help me with. Unfortunately for Bart I only knew what I didn't want, which was plenty enough for him. Without hesitation Bart took me right into the lot and began showing me not one option or the "best" option, but ALL my options that had fit into my criteria (which was not all that exact). The entire time we were pacing back and forth from one vehicle to the next and back to the previous, then back to the first to only walk to a completely different model, Bart stayed positive and continued to answer all my questions. Not only were all my questions answered but he did not hesitate to print out side by side comparisons. Once I decided on a vehicle the finance team along with management were able to handle everything from there. Literally, everything. As the process of getting approved, getting the loan, switching over insurances, ect. everyone was sure to keep me informed and continually answering all questions (as the process seemingly took forever). All said and done the task at hand was effortless on my end. They even had offered to talk to my insurance company for me! Not necessary, but absolutely amazing to have had all the help I needed. And if that wasn't enough they were able to plate my car on the spot and filled up the gas tank to truly go above and beyond. I would refer anyone to Baraboo Motors and will definitely be dealing with them for all my services. Thanks, Baraboo Motors! More
