no stress buying experience had been without a car for a month after hitting a deer and my old trucks days are numbered,dont have much time off so found some vehicles online 1st had been without a car for a month after hitting a deer and my old trucks days are numbered,dont have much time off so found some vehicles online 1st one sold before i got there ,2nd one a Jeep Patriot at Baraboo Motors,Bart Kociecki showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive,he was able to answer any questions and no high pressure,just a great person to talk to.Met Pete Steinhauer and Rick Schwandt who found financing cheaper than my own bank.After i had the Jeep a couple days a suspension problem developed,i called and Bart got back to me and told me to bring it in ,i was worried because i had probably foolishly not taken the warranty deal offered,but they had it ready the next business day,i actually received 2 calls,one from Mariah and one from Sam that i could pick it up,no charge.You could tell Bart wanted you to be happy with your purchase,so much better than my last deal,bought a 2 yr old car still under warranty and could not get them to return a call to me about a warranty question,would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to see Bart at BMG. More
