Basel Abbas from Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk person and and beyond to provide excellent customer service. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk person and my salesperson Basel Abbas. I had to wait for a few days for my Mercedes GLC 300 4matic coupe to arrive at the dealership, but it was worth the wait. When I picked up my vehicle, Basel spent a great deal of time with me to show me how everything works. Basel has made follow-up calls to see how things are going as well as to let me know that my plates are in and gave me the option to pick it up or have it sent via Fedex. This is my first Mercedes and so far I am extremely happy with my purchase. More
