I worked with Basel Abbas, the Fleet Manager, and I have to say the whole experience was excellent. From the first conversation, everything was simple and straightforward. Communication was great — Basel was always easy to reach, answered my questions, sent me the information I needed, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle remotely from Texas while being in Washington could have easily turned into a headache, but it really didn’t. Basel made the entire process easy. He also helped arrange transportation for the eSprinter and found a carrier for me, so I didn’t have to deal with searching for a transport company myself. What really impressed me was how quickly everything happened. Once we finalized the deal, the van was picked up in Texas and only three days later it was delivered to me in Vancouver, Washington. The eSprinter arrived exactly as expected and the whole transaction went smoothly from beginning to end. No surprises, no unnecessary complications, just good communication and people doing what they said they were going to do. I’m very happy with my eSprinter and with the experience I had with Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine.
