The lady who took my call was so helpful , she ensure me she could get me in the next morning instead of waiting on a response from Ryan, which was awesome getting there to service my Lexus rx 350 was fast checked in and very curtisity also updated me with the process in a link through a text just in case anything that needed to be done , the waiting area was packed but what I noticed was the faces always change due the customer getting through faster . What was nice to observe was how clean the restroom was and water was available for customers and hot tea and coffee. I definitely would encourage my coworkers to visit there they are on par with their customers. More
