Not so happy with the service! Took 3 full days for repair, have scratches on my car and interior had plastics pcs. all over the car. My car settings were all reset and I can't get exclaimation point repair, have scratches on my car and interior had plastics pcs. all over the car. His attention to detail to what our needs and wants were, he was able to get us in the exact car we wanted without sacrifice. I made the rookie mistake of having my wife come to the show I made the rookie mistake of trusting the sales people over the phone and sending my wife to the showroom. Never was told about dealer prep cost and I made the rookie mistake of trusting the sales people over the phone and sending my wife to the showroom. Never was told about dealer prep cost and the lights do not work proper keys dont function properly and is was told sold as to bad. Called next morning to give car back and was told no can do.i will be having my lawyer to file a complaint with State ATTORNEY'S Office. Will be following up with a complaint against the elderly and BBB as well. Sending a notice to the bank also may just come and leave you the car and walk away from the car and deal with the bank. More
