I would especially like to praise my salesperson, Mike Veloz. Throughout the sales process, Mike maintained a friendly, upbeat manner. Additionally, and most importantly, Mike went to bat for me with Finance and Management; to secure the best deal possible. In my book, Mike Veloz is a stand-up guy. He kept his word and did everything necessary to get me a deal that worked for me. This was the most important part of the deal, in my opinion. Mike never gave up on me, and always stuck to the terms we agreed on. Working with Mike, and others, such as Beau and Ron was a pleasure; and I felt they were all personally invested in getting a deal done for me. I would happily recommend Gunther VW in Delray Beach to anyone looking for a car. Mike Veloz is my guy and anyone would be lucky to have him sell them their next car. More

Sucked I shouldn't have been charged to top off steering wheel fluid especially as this is where I do my service visits. Every oil center tops off oil for fr I shouldn't have been charged to top off steering wheel fluid especially as this is where I do my service visits. Every oil center tops off oil for free. They didn't even top off the other fluids. Also, they left recommendations on the ticket from my last visit that had already been addressed such as windchill wipers. I bought new wipers and put them on a week earlier so how can they recommend new wipers? SMH More
