My situation was unique as I recommend. I worked with Becka to purchase a ‘23 Tacoma TRD OR Lunar Rock, and she was very helpful and responsive. My situation was unique as I was living out of state when ordering the truck, so did everything over the phone. Unlike some of the other dealers in the area, they do not mark up their vehicles, some tried marking up the vehicle $3K which is a terrible long term business model. I paid MSRP and when the first truck I got the spec sheet for had a few add-ons I didn’t want, Becka sent me another truck built the way I wanted right away. When I got to Oregon to pick up the truck, there was nothing that I wasn’t expecting. The truck I ordered was the one I got, and the price I got was the one I paid. Due to my unique living situation and state residency there was some additional paperwork I had to do, and their financial folks helped me out with all of it without issue. Overall there was never any kind of pushy, aggressive, or otherwise negative sales tactics. Toyota of Gladstone runs a very good business and I will return the next time I need a new car. More
