This dealership has the most deceptive people I have ever encountered in my life. Go in there knowing every word is probably a lie. I would go to another dealer fast, lies and deception are their strong points. Told they had a car there on the lot and drove 40 min to go see it. Then said we will bring it to you in the morning between 9 and noon. No show no call. Bait and switch hucksters. Not to mention the 2nd of the 3 calls there I was dealing with such a rude person she even hung up on me but in all fairness the other 2 were perfect and very nice. More

Purchasers shall be able to purchase all vehicles described by the advertisement at the advertised price. They advertise a truck for one price, come out with a sheet of paper that shows some BS market value and then the next line how much they are discounting off that market value to reach their, above market value price, and by the time they are done adding all the things that SHOULD be disclosed according to the advertising law, they are $16,000 above their advertised price, Then the sales guy gets angry when you refuse to buy into the insurance scam, and even worse request a credit card to make an offer, THEN hold your keys and credit card hostage when you are not making a deal. Top it off you cannot use your own financing!!! More

Buyer Beware Says you HAVE to buy a MultiGuard package that costed me $2700 that I told them I did not want 5 times. Takes advantage of excited customers, signatures done on a tablet, and gives you a USB that costed me $2700 that I told them I did not want 5 times. Takes advantage of excited customers, signatures done on a tablet, and gives you a USB for you paperwork. They will not return calls or emails trying to disgust my broken truck after 4 days owning it, and getting information about my warranty. Told me I shouldnt have to pay for the expense of it, and now nothing. If you buy from here make sure you know what paper you are signing in the finance department. Never saw any paper that was on the USB drive. Hard lesson learned for me. More

Bait and switch!!! Don't believe the online advertised price!!! Drove over 4 1/2 hours to buy a 2019 f350 advertised price of $73k ....by the time they undervalued my trade by $8k (offered $20000 kbb fair price!!! Drove over 4 1/2 hours to buy a 2019 f350 advertised price of $73k ....by the time they undervalued my trade by $8k (offered $20000 kbb fair value $28000) and their reconditioning fees of over $5000...yes you read that right $5000 for reconditioning and regular taxes the price was right at $90000!!! After 20 mins of back and forth they went to $81000. So essentially took off their fees but still was offering not near fair value for my trade! Please for your sake don't believe any of the 5 star reviews on here. I don't know where they came from unless they were paid or are family members of people that own it or work there, and again don't believe their online prices they don't mean a thing! More
