Both my wife and I had an OUTSTANDING experience with the car shopping at Luther VW in Rochester. Our sales person Rebecca (Becky) was professional and great to work with, not once did we feel pressure to ma car shopping at Luther VW in Rochester. Our sales person Rebecca (Becky) was professional and great to work with, not once did we feel pressure to make a purchase. She was also very knowledgeable about the new ID.4 that we came in to look. If she did not know she would find the answer(we love the honesty). Rebecca and the staff at Luther VW where a big part as why we chose to buy the ID.4 that day. We would recommend going to seeing Luther VW in Rochester for your car buying needs. More

The best experience ever with buying a new vehicle. Met with Becky, she found just what we were looking for on their lot. Took it for a test drive, put a deposit, down to think about for a night and Met with Becky, she found just what we were looking for on their lot. Took it for a test drive, put a deposit, down to think about for a night and went back the next day to purchase. Becky and Aaron, in the finance department, made everything so easy.
