There is no sales pressure from her and she makes the entire process easy. I recently traded in my 2008 Chevy Suburban LTZ (she sold to me) for a new 2017 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 4x4. Becky was extremely patient with me as I was sending her different preferences over a 10 day period. I finally arrived at the make, model, & color and the deal was done.
