She was very friendly and patient and answered all of our questions very clearly. She discussed all the numbers and helped us get a great deal on the vehicle. She was very respectful and transparent. This is usually the AWFUL part, but Manny did a great job as well. Electronic signatures made it super fast. Love the high tech way the financing procedure is accomplished now. Becky showed me cars within my budget and we ended up finding one at anther dealer. This is where my experience got even better and became one to talk about. She was able to get the vehicle transferred in that day and within hours I was surprising my daughter with a new 2015 Chevy Sonic. This was by far my best dealership experience ever from start to finish. Financing was quick and came in at the interest rate I expected, and the finishing touches were very Classy. The service felt as if I was there to by a showroom level vehicle worth 10's of thousands of dollars. I could not have been more impressed.
