They have been consistent with the service provided. Belham Cummins has been our sales person through all of our transactions. She is very professional, courteous, friendly, caring, and very respectful of our needs. She answered all of our questions and provided the very best in customer service. We would not see anyone else because in our opinion she is “perfect”. Kyle provided us with the best possible price, loan rate, and was helpful in making our decision and he also was very respectful. Herb was our finance manger who walked us through the paperwork. He did not try to push us into additional fees, i.e. Gap coverage, extended warranty, etc. and that was very much appreciated. Even though we did not interact with the service department, since we have purchased six cars from Sands Kia and have worked with the service department, we would also like to commend Steven Sanchez in the service department. He is efficient, accommodating, friendly, and give the best possible advise on the cars service. We just want to thank everyone at Sands Kia for making us feel welcome and respected.
