Initial experience was great, until the monthly payment amount at signing was higher than the amount quoted originally. They did eventually honor the original amount but we had to talk to 2 different peop amount at signing was higher than the amount quoted originally. They did eventually honor the original amount but we had to talk to 2 different people until Frank came in and finally agreed to the original amount. At this point, experience was no different than any other car dealership. More
