The service department kept me waiting for hours, even though I had an appt. They didn't get in touch with me for three hours. The sales/finance guys were great and super helpful! Gabrielle was a superstar. There was a rattle in my car, come to find out, there was garbage shoved into the front console. The service team had to remove the console completly to find it all- including a large dog bone! My only complaint was the detail work. I found candy in the seatbelt, a plastic knife with food on it in the back center console, dirt in the glove compartment, to name a few things. I purchased my car on Thurs night, picked it up the following Thurs, yet it seemed like it was a rushed job. The phone charger is finicky, and the rear wiper doesn't seem to go all the way down. Not sure it it's not supposed to but it seems off compared to my other Santa Fe and Tuscan. More
