Overall satisfied with purchase of Forester, Touring. Noticed slight rattle on test drive which they said they tried to find. Removed license plate screws from glove compartment and said that worked. Purchased car but rattle still noticed upon driving distance. After several calls to sales now have service appointment scheduled for them to find source of rattle. Otherwise loving the drive and comfort of the car. Learning curve for all the computer functions! Salesman, Mike, did a good job going over basics at time of purchase. One suggestion: call from service to schedule appointment was made with personal phone so we did not recognize name and did not listen to vm. Employees should call with dealer phone so ID is recognized as TriCity Subaru. Thank you. More

I visited this dealership a day after visiting a different car dealer. The pricing and trade in value from the other dealer was very different from what I was expecting, so I came to Tri City to do different car dealer. The pricing and trade in value from the other dealer was very different from what I was expecting, so I came to Tri City to do my due diligence. I worked with Craig. After I told him what I was looking for, he got right to work on pricing for the car I was interested in. I test drove the car, liked it, and when I got back he had the pricing ready. The deal he gave me was better than the other dealer's, and not by a small amount. He saved me thousands! Besides giving me a great deal, he was also incredibly courteous, professional, and efficient. We went from shaking hands to me leaving in a new car in about two hours. I highly recommend Tri City to anybody who needs a car. More
