He sent a service man out to our home so that the rattle could be heard on the icy, bumpy roads in our area and while the car was still cold. I had brought it in a couple times and of course, it would not rattle then because it had warmed by that time. He told me there was a TSB about that rattle and they got it fixed. My car was returned to me cleaned and no more rattling. After 3 long years, it appears to finally be corrected. Thank you Ben! More
