I dealt with the manager ben on Saturday, who promised all sorts of special Bells and whistles with my new 23 armada. When we went Wednesday to complete paperwork, I did not have gap available.Nor was I o all sorts of special Bells and whistles with my new 23 armada. When we went Wednesday to complete paperwork, I did not have gap available.Nor was I offered any any other incentives of such as free oil changes that I was initially told I was getting. On top on I was trading in a tahoe I purchased from them with gap and extended warranty not even 4 months ago, a week in to having the vehicle I was experiencing issues. No resolution, warranty didn't cover electrical mishaps. I wasted 15k down on that vehicle which is ending up going to auction. More

Very rude staff members that answer the phone, Asked to talk to the sales manager and they all said they were the sales manager. Also tried to contact the owner, Ben Shelby but I guess he does not exist. I talk to the sales manager and they all said they were the sales manager. I an writing a letter to the State and see what can be done to have their license suspended or revoked. this is by far the WORST dealership I have ever tried to work with. This was to be a CASH purchase of 4 vehicles. More
