Although my first experience with Carl Pickett was quite memorable, this most recent purchase was even better. Before getting into the purchase, I want to commend Ben Girard for his years of attentiveness given to me and my former Santa Fe. I spoke with Ben prior to purchasing the new car and he informed me that he had just got the new Santa Fe (7 passenger) for his wife. I trust his opinion. Now, no one can beat Drew Gabler. He knows everything without going to the book. His presentation made buying the new Santa Fe quick and easy. He explained everything completely and clearly. I didn't want to leave his side and visit finance, but I was wrong. Ian Parker completed the day. Nothing gets by Ian. Talk about thoroughness - he's meticulousness - which you need when you're trying to get the best package. Thanks Ian. I'll be stopping by the dealership regularly just to keep up the friendship Susan and I made during this purchase. Thanks Earnhardt family. More
