This is the worst place to buy a vehicle from. They will get you into a car that they can’t even fix. What a terrible experience for my 18 year old that bought his first car from them. My husband called the dealership and Kim spoke to him about the truck he was interested in. They agreed on an appointment late in the afternoon. We were running late and called Kim and she said not a p about the truck he was interested in. They agreed on an appointment late in the afternoon. We were running late and called Kim and she said not a problem. Once there, Kim delivered excellent customer service to us. She was very nice, happy and and greeted us with a smile. She had the truck ready for us to test drive. She knew all about the vehicle and could answer all our questions. We returned from test drive and went in the dealership only to an environment of one BIG FAMILY TEAM with no pressure. WE have purchased lots of vehicles and I must say this was one of the BEST experience. The entire TEAM was GREAT! Kim and the entire TEAM that night was wonderful and helped us throughout a smooth deal. WE will be back. Thank You Kim, The Manager and Finance Sweet Lady. You all ROCK!
