Great attention to my need! My 2007 Ram had been recalled for a potential failure of accident protection air bags. In talking via phone to Chrysler representatives, I was told my My 2007 Ram had been recalled for a potential failure of accident protection air bags. In talking via phone to Chrysler representatives, I was told my truck problem would be resolved by All Star Dodge. I expected to be given an appointment "down the road" for the repair. Mr. Muehling overheard my discussion with a service manager and intervened by asking, "would I like to have if fixed now while you wait?" I answered, "yes" and with that the truck was repaired within an hour. I drove off knowing the air bag would function properly if needed vs. possibly exploding in my face due to the recall issue. That was a first for me and I call it, "performance above the call of duty!" Thanks to Mr. Muehling! More
