Had a recall and Lithia picked up my truck and delivered
it back to me. They were quick and did a great job. I love Ford Trucks and have had lots of them. Lithia has been a great dealership.

Liars ,cons and thieves . We bought a Brand new bronco. We declined all extra ,suggested, additions that they tried to get us to buy. We had a set p
Liars ,cons and thieves . We bought a Brand new bronco. We declined all extra ,suggested, additions that they tried to get us to buy. We had a set price we did not want to go over. We signed a paper saying as much. The salesman, the money guy and his boss all knew what was my max price. Trusting that we were listened to.. trusting these people were working for my best interest, after being there for 10 and 1/2 hours .. we signed papers after closing time. It was as fast as he could get us to sign. then put us into a different car than we had driven to send us home 3 hours away close to midnight. Come to find out the next day, they charged us for the upsale items anyway. To the tune of $7000.00 plus the bronco did not have some of the equipment that sold us on the car in the first place.
So my loan surpassed the amount I wanted to stay under. And they charged us $7000.00 of warranties and oil changes that we verbally as well as signed that we did not want. Then when I called to complain they were not sorry nor were they taking responsibility for stealing that money from us .. even tho we told them we wanted to stay under the price, even tho we discussed even tho we signed a paper saying we didn't want the upsale of $7000.00 worth of nonsense we were charged anyway...
Adam brisco tried to make me feel it was obviously my fault this took place because I signed the paper work and took the car. Not one apology for scAming a disabled female. Not one inch did he give after I mentioned that we did have an agreement written as well as verbale and sealed with a handshake.
I trusted these people and they they did not think I'd catch them stealing $7000.00 worth of money from me when I finally had time to read the paperwork.
They took me for $7000.00 and should be ashamed.
Don't buy a car from these thieves.
