Lexus of Milwaukee has great customer service. They were able to help us get a nice car. They are informed well on the car information. Ben Kranitz was amazing. On top of that I appreciate that they did not waste my time on giving me the purchase order. Most dealers go back and forth and try to make you pay the add on. Lexus of Milwaukee did not go back and forth. They mean business and were ready to do business. I felt very welcomed. I will continue to purchase future cars here and service my vehicle. Words could never adequately express my gratitude to the dynamic duo I met at the dealership. Today I am a very proud happy Owner of a Lexus and truly I should not be. My extensive search thankfully led me dynamic duo I met at the dealership. Today I am a very proud happy Owner of a Lexus and truly I should not be. My extensive search thankfully led me to Ben. From the very first phone call, Ben had put in a relentless effort to dig into my credit and work along side my fairy angel Ann in financing to seal my deal with ultimate best rate possible. I I had nearly given up, and even went as far as to book a month-long rental for myself. I recall Ben telling me to sit tight and I’m so glad i listened! I was a frantic mother a week before Christmas without a car and Ben definitely pIckes up on that and Provided me with a lot of updates throughout the process. I drove to Milwaukee from the northwest suburbs of Chicago and while driving thought to myself how many dealerships am I driving right by and how many Lexus dealerships am I also driving by? Not one of those dealerships could take the time and effort to go above and beyond to meet their customers needs like Ben and Ann did. Nor did any of those dealerships have the level of expertise that Ann does to make this happen. Ben, you have earned yourself a customer for life. More

After a very terrible experience at BMW international I came to this dealership. I was greeted by Ben and immediately was met with a more welcoming experience. Ben went out of his way to be transparent, gu came to this dealership. I was greeted by Ben and immediately was met with a more welcoming experience. Ben went out of his way to be transparent, guiding and helpful in the entire process. The customer service provided was stress free and Ben did everything he could to make me feel at home. Even went out of his way to bring my wife flowers. I will never shop at another dealership again and my family and I will now be committed to only buying vehicles from this dealership. More
