Very pleased with Ben K. He was super patient with me and all the questions you need to have answered if you are not there to see the vehicle personally. There was a tiny dent and some scratches and the service department even removed those for me. Ben answered all my text questions almost if not always immediately. I love my Lexus. There were a dozen roses on the passenger seat when the car arrived. Certainly would recommend Ben and this dealership. More
