After numerous non returned phone calls to the dealership, my husband and I drove to there to discuss buying out my mother’s lease. Ben was beyond accommodating understanding and personable. They both deserve recognition for their representation of your dealership because we were very soured after not getting a call back to any of our attempts. They apologized over and over for a mistake they didn’t make which shows their professional and loyalty to your dealership. Kevin, the new car directer, made the deal almost painless. He asked me what I wished for the lease payment and gave me that figure. Almost painless! He did just about it all when I came to pick up the vehicle and was a wizard transferring tech information from the old to new NX. Chris in finance provided tons of pages to sign and initial for the lease. All went smooth. Finally, Everett got back from vacation and checked in to make sure all went well with delivery of the vehicle. We had a nice conversation and wrapped it up. I believe this was my 6th Lexus from this dealer. More
